Jammu Kashmir Public Service Commission released a notification for the recruitment of 1289 posts in various disciplines in Government Degree Colleges of the state. Interested candidates are requested to send their application in prescribed format on or before 24/06/2013 for recruitment.

Name of the Post: Assistant Professor
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Master's Degree in the Concerned subject with SLET/NET.
Age Limit: Candidates age between 18 to 37 years as on 1st January, 2013. Age Relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates.
Mode of Selection: Selection on the basis of Written Test and Interview.
Application Fee: Candidates can be obtained Application Forms from the office of the J&K Public Service Commission, Polo Ground Srinagar/Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu on cash payment of Rs.500/- for General candidates and Rs.250/- for in respect of category candidates(excluding processing charges of Rs.10/-) through the counters of J&K Bank opened in the offices of J&K Public service Commission at Jammu.
