Railway Recruitment Cell(RRC),Chennai released a notification for the recruitment of 813 Ex- servicemen quota jobs. Interested candidates are requested to send their application on or before 08/07/2013 and for remote areas 22/07/2013 for recruitment.

Name of the Post: Group D(Ex-servicemen quota)

Educational Qualification: Candidates Ex-Servicemen who has retired after putting 15 years of service and has passed Army class-I certificate or equivalent will be considered eligible.
Age Limit: For Candidates 18 to 33 years for UR category, 18 to 36 years for OBC, 18 to 38 years for SC/ST. Age relaxation is applicable for Ex-servicemen candidates.
Mode of Selection: The recruitment shall be on the basis of scrutiny of applications and the Ex-servicemen should be medically fit for the job being considered for. The panel will be formed primarily on the basis of Ex-Servicemen's length of Military Service.
